Personal Interests

In addition to her clinical experience, she is fluent in Spanish, has lived abroad in South America and is an active volunteer in the Hispanic community in her hometown of Annapolis, MD. She also volunteers with a local non-governmental organization, Global Impact, and is currently coordinating sustainable development projects in Nepal.


M. Noelle Dominguez, PA-C, MSPAS is a board certified Physician Assistant who is passionate about increasing access to health care in communities in need in the United States and abroad. She received her undergraduate degree in Missionary Medicine and Perspectives on Healing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. This interdisciplinary degree allowed her to study biology and chemistry, along with anthropology and language, preparing her for a future of serving communities across cultures and languages. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked as a geriatric caregiver, EMT, and as a medical interpreter at a dental practice.

Noelle is a graduate of Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY, where she received a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.
